I applied for a job at dba.dk because of the interesting job description. I didn’t get the job at first but after the interview with the HR manager, she kept in contact with me and after 8 months, the job was mine.
Why do you like working at [companyname]?: 
Freedom to act, a lot of fantastic colleagues and opportunities you will not find anywhere else.
What cool projects have you worked on at [companyname]?: 
The evaluation and clean-up of the print part was amazing. Just by focusing on the product, we found between DKK 3 and 4 million in savings.
What are your goals at [companyname] - what are you working to achieve?: 
To make a profit out of the print part of dba.dk. One of my more personal goals is to try and work abroad for awhile.
What is your favorite benefit about working at [companyname]?: 
That you have so much personal freedom as long as you show integrity and responsibility.
What has been the most amazing experience you've had at [companyname] thus far?: 
Seeing the print edition of dba.dk having success means a lot to me. We did it against all odds.

There is so much positive focus on the social aspects in our workplace. We have a great employee social club and everyone looks out for each other.
