    Department Head Consumer Business
I wanted to move to Berlin and do something very different from my former job.
Great colleagues, high energy level, success and career opportunities. There is a great trust in the people who work here.
"0 Euro" insertion for consumers, brand positioning, and setting up and supporting gear projects.
To REALLY understand want consumers want and deliver the highest value to them. Also to enjoy working here and have fun.
    Always new opportunities.
Completely changing our ways of working by implementing our gear project logic – and having one of our most successful years due to the change.
How quickly you can get the opportunity to grow.
Willingness to drive things and their enthusiasm.

    Director Dealer Business
Once mobile.de was acquired by eBay, the office was next door to my house.
Business & Industry, people, responsibility and accountability for my own results.
The acquisition of mobile.de and transition and transformation to an eBay company.
Driving the efficiency of car dealers selling their cars, including small dealers selling from a container to large industrial managed dealer groups.
Driving our company car once a year.
Offering my own car for sale and getting 14 different buyers/dealers contacting me literally a second after I listed my car.
Meetings taking place in the coffee bar with the excuse that all meeting rooms are booked but in fact none of the meeting rooms are booked.
I think we have different people with different characteristics and it is even better that we acknowledge different views and opinions. So besides the badge, which is the same for everyone, there is no common trait from my perspective.

    Head of Corporate Communications
For four years I worked at public relations agencies and felt it was time to move on. After my “test day” at mobile.de, I was sure I found my calling.
It is a lot of fun to work for a market leader. Also, I’m very enthusiastic about the product and the idea – the subject of car ads is perfect for the Internet. Since I have been with mobile.de, the company has constantly changed and readapted. Whenever I thought “been there, done that” new topics and challenges presented themselves. No two days are the same.
Surely the acquisition of mobile.de by eBay is one of my communication highlights and the media event “Deutschlandauto,” which got us the German PR Oscar. In addition I could also mention everything where we did a better PR job than our main competitor…
I want to do my corporate communication business in such a way that we can support our business objectives in the best possible way. This includes open and transparent internal communication for all employees. And I want to give mobile.de a unique face to the public – with as many positive press clippings as possible.
I value the amazing colleagues and the open working atmosphere. Also, it is a big advantage that we combine a “hip ecommerce company” with the serious world of German automotive trade. We get the best of both worlds. And last but not least, mobile.de shows good recognition for ideas and engagement.
…that you have to adapt quickly to new challenges and task and you can show that you are up for it.
…that you can do a good job without being a car nut.
Enthusiasm for quick execution of topics and products and the joy of working in the Internet auto industry. We want to be Germany's No. 1 Internet vehicle market and offer the best product to our customers.
