eBay classifieds group

As Vice President of Finance & Operations for one of eBay’s fastest growing business units, eBay Classifieds Group, Pat is responsible for finance, strategy, business development, legal, public relations and all technology functions shared by the portfolio including site operations and central product development. Pat
leads the initiation, negotiations and integration of all partnerships and acquisitions for eBay Classifieds Group. Over the years he has worked on more than $4 billion worth of investments and acquisitions globally for eBay.

As part of his business development responsibilities, Pat leads eBay Classifieds emerging markets group which is focused on growing and expanding the eCG businesses in Asia and Latin America.

Prior to his role in Operations for eBay Classifieds Group, Pat worked with eBay’s Corporate M&A team where he was responsible for financial diligence and integration support for over a dozen acquisitions. Following the Skype acquisition, Pat was the Finance Director responsible for the full financial integration of Skype. Before joining eBay, Pat was Corporate Controller for Novellus Systems, a NASDAQ 100 company, and spent seven years at the New York and San Jose offices of Ernst & Young working in both the audit and corporate finance practices.

Pat holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Santa Clara University and is a certified public accountant.
