Redesigned our 9 year-old homepage and currently redesigning of the View Item page and rethinking the UI of Admarkt (CAS project) with a new way of working (Agile development).

Happy buyers and sellers trading their arses off. Walking the razor’s edge to make things that work whilst ensuring we make our financial targets

Must be the way we currently develop CAS. A big team working closely together in an agile way. Great new way to work, tough to get right though! But that’s the fun.

The smartness of the site. In the beginning it seemed every pixel had been made a business case for. Over time you start seeing opportunities though…
