THE ROLE

You will play an anchor role in the Services team, and contribute to the innovation of Marktplaats in this growth market. You will be responsible for managing the customer base, by identifying developments and new opportunities for growth. You translate these opportunities into customer marketing strategies, and support development and implementation of new offerings and treatments. This means you will be a self starter with strategic vision, but a hands on mentality. You have to be confident with high pace & fast changing environments and keen on delivering results. Your track record includes experience in database marketing or CRM analytics.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify customer segments and drive new propositions and strategies
• Run the CRM program, by executing database selection and campaign evaluation
• Build relevant reports for monitoring the customer base
• Forecast revenue, grow & track actuals
• Deliver business support for marketing and product management
• Work in and/or lead cross functional teams.

REQUIREMENTS

The ideal candidate will be fluent in Dutch & English and will have;
• Top level academic degree.
• 2-5 years experience in a Business Analytics or CRM role Experience/understanding of eCommerce business models preferred
• Very strong analytical and reporting skills. Advanced data modeling skills preferred.
• Experience with database programming (SQL, SAS, Excel)
• Ability to translate data into new business ideas
• Strong customer understanding
• Hands on mentality
• High energy level
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills
